Jessica Shrubb, known as "Jesssdoesart" on social media, is a professional artist with an Extended Diploma in Illustration and years of experience in freelance work. In 2022, she taught drawing classes and held her first solo exhibition at The Panel Gallery, which opened the door to features on BBC Radio Northampton, Medium Magazine, and RedX Magazine. With over 570,000 followers across her platforms, Jessica uses her reach to share her creative journey and inspire others.

She views art as a spiritual practice, a way to express emotions, connect with energies, and channel deeper meaning into her creations. My Story

Jessica Shrubb, also recognized by her social media name “Jesssdoesart,” has been captivated by the world of art for as long as she can remember. From the early days of filling her notebooks with doodles to later collaborating with clients on freelance projects, art has always been far more than a mere hobby for Jessica—it has been the essence of her identity, a deeply ingrained way of life that has shaped her personal and professional journey.
 

Armed with an Extended Diploma in Illustration and nearing the completion of her undergraduate degree in Fine Art, Jessica's artistic path has been marked by significant milestones. In 2022, she shared her passion and expertise by teaching drawing classes, helping others nurture their own creative abilities. That same year, she reached a turning point in her career with her debut solo exhibition at The Panel Gallery. This momentous event led to new opportunities, including an interview with BBC Radio Northampton, and features in well-regarded publications such as Medium Magazine and RedX Magazine.
 

Jessica’s growing online audience, now over 570,000 strong across various platforms, is a testament to her ability to connect with people through her art. She takes great pride in using her platform to inspire others, fostering a sense of community and encouraging creativity among her followers.
